The perfect retreat with a stunning native outlook and private, sensational views of the Matakana hills. The thoughtful design of the house offers vast space, open plan living and indoor/outdoor flow, with several options for that comfortable spot to relax and take in the setting.

Floor to ceiling sliding doors in the lounge open to a louvre covered deck area overlooking the heated pool. Underfloor heating, ventilation system, automatic skylights all ensure modern comforts.

With 5+ bedrooms, a large main bathroom, and contemporary ensuite, this is the perfect space if you're holidaying with another family. 4+ bedrooms are located in the main pavilion, with another bedroom slightly separate, with its own toilet, ideal for a second couple. There's plenty to entertain the kids, and lots of space for them to explore and play (if you can get them out of the pool).

Summary: We had a great stay over the new year period our daughter loved feeding the goats and the property was in great condition and the views outstanding. Nice to be close to the village but also feel like you were miles away from everything will definitely stay again.
